Terms of Use

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using TradingInsight, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use TradingInsight for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these terms.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, trial terms, and renewal terms are shown at checkout and inside the subscription page of the app.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it, including your Apple account settings for in-app purchases.

If a free trial is offered, billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before renewal.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes:

• —Attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• —Interfering with service stability, security, or availability.
• —Using automated methods to scrape or reproduce protected content at scale.
• —Violating applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

TradingInsight provides market data, analytics, research tools, and model outputs for informational purposes only. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee results or future performance.

You remain solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

TradingInsight is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eridu Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for the platform or other users. You may stop using the service at any time, and subscription cancellation takes effect according to the billing platform’s renewal rules.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
